GirlAbout was born in 2002 after a young lady from Watford was given a vision to set up a pregnancy crisis centre for the girls of the town.

Our first home was in St Albans Road and comprised a drop-in centre at the front of the premises and support rooms upstairs.

We moved to our current location in The Barn in January 2009. Here we share the building with Presence Charitable Trust, Presence Retail, Watford Christian support Service and Watford Schools Trust.
